With this information we can look at the properties and Vendors on our lists and make recommendations based on our understanding of what you and the other parties are wanting to achieve. It is not just looking at the list, we are looking to match two party's properties, ambitions, equity levels and property preferences. While it is very possible we can match you to excellent property; the correct property type, correct price range, correct equity, in a specific location. It is better if you are not too specific about what you want to Trade into, i.e. a specific Suburb or Street. Afterall we are looking to match your ambition, equity and property to another Vendor... so tell us what you have in mind, we may have what you're looking for.
